4. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

4.1 Conditions for Return

• Unused and Undamaged: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition received.
• Original Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

5. Return Process

5.1 Initiating a Return. Contact Customer Service via email (support@robo-mechanix.com) or phone (+1 (224) 257-3560) within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

5.2 Preparing Your Return. Package the Item Safely: Use original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts. Include Documentation: Include the return authorization form and supporting documents (e.g., photos if requested). For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Robo Mechanix will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5.3 Shipping the Return. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

6. Return Shipping Costs and Fees

• Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return Shipping Costs (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items): Robo Mechanix covers return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

7. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

7.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind. Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

7.2 Defective or Damaged Goods. Notification: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Documentation: Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage. Resolution: We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

7.3 Incorrect Product Received. Notification: Contact us immediately. Resolution: We will arrange a return at our expense and send the correct product.

7.4 Product Never Arrived. Notification: Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time stated in our Shipping Policy. Resolution: We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or full refund if the item is confirmed lost.

7.5 Order Cancellation. Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if not yet shipped. After Shipment: Follow the standard return process above once you receive the product.
