Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. Select products may be available to ship to Canada on request — contact support@robo-mechanix.com before ordering.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order shipped within the 48 contiguous United States, regardless of order size. Some brands ship by LTL freight and may have shipping calculated at checkout — see below.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, with transit taking 4-7 business days — most orders arrive within 5-9 business days total. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags and labels intact. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns, and a 20% restocking fee applies. See our full Return and Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives defective or damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover return shipping and there's no restocking fee — you'll get a replacement or a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, at no charge, provided it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll make every effort to cancel before shipment. Once an order has shipped, follow the standard return process instead.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Shop Pay Installments is available on eligible orders. See our Payment Options page for details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, every product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage and duration vary by product — see our Warranty page or contact us for the exact terms on a specific model.
