4. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
4.1 Conditions for Return
- Unused and Undamaged: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition received.
- Original Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
5. Return Process
5.1 Initiating a Return. Contact Customer Service via email (support@robo-mechanix.com) or phone (+1 (224) 257-3560) within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
5.2 Preparing Your Return. Package the Item Safely: Use original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts. Include Documentation: Include the return authorization form and supporting documents (e.g., photos if requested). For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Robo Mechanix will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5.3 Shipping the Return. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
6. Return Shipping Costs and Fees
- Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Shipping Costs (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items): Robo Mechanix covers return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
7. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
7.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind. Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
7.2 Defective or Damaged Goods. Notification: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Documentation: Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage. Resolution: We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
7.3 Incorrect Product Received. Notification: Contact us immediately. Resolution: We will arrange a return at our expense and send the correct product.
7.4 Product Never Arrived. Notification: Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time stated in our Shipping Policy. Resolution: We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or full refund if the item is confirmed lost.
7.5 Order Cancellation. Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if not yet shipped. After Shipment: Follow the standard return process above once you receive the product.
8. Refunds
8.1 Refund Conditions. Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items. You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.
8.2 Refund Processing. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
8.3 Partial Refunds. Partial refunds may apply if items are returned not in original condition or after the 30-day return window.
9. Exchanges
Eligibility: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Process: Contact support@robo-mechanix.com to request an exchange. Shipping Costs: Covered by Robo Mechanix.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: Custom or personalized products; Perishable goods (if any); Gift cards.
